Return and Refund Policy
At Deutschfashion, we want to offer you a simple and transparent shopping experience. If your order is not suitable, you can request a return according to the conditions below.
Return period
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Acceptance conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Product unworn, unused and unwashed
- Item in perfect condition
- Original labels and packaging retained
- No damage caused after receipt
Any item not meeting these conditions may be refused.
Return procedure
To make a return, please contact our customer service indicating:
- Full name
- Order number
- Item concerned
- Reason for return
Once your request has been validated, our team will provide you with the corresponding return address and instructions to follow.
Return address
We work with several logistics centers and warehouses located in Europe and internationally.
The return address depends on the product ordered, the supplier and the shipping stock used for your order.
For this reason, please do not send a package back to the administrative office address, nor without prior validation from our customer service.
The appropriate return address will be communicated to you after studying your request.
Return costs
Unless we make a mistake or the item is defective, return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
In the event of a preparation error or damaged product upon receipt, please contact us with supporting photos within 48 hours of delivery.
Refund
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the refund will be made within 5 to 10 working days via the payment method used during the order.
Depending on bank delays, the appearance on your account may vary.
Non-returnable items
For reasons of hygiene or personalization, certain items may not be eligible for return:
- Underwear
- Personalized products
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
Unclaimed or refused packages
Any package refused without prior agreement or not collected from the carrier may be subject to logistical costs deducted from the refund.
